Drive strategic programs across the business and external partners.|Lead and support medium to large scale improvement projects.About Our ClientMy client is a Building and Construction property management company looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to be apart of their City of London office. Job Description This role sits as part of a newly created central business improvement change team focusing on project delivery of key improvement initiatives across the organisation. Reporting into a Head of Dept, giving you the scope to own the projects and successfully deliver. The department is directly sponsored by the COO office. The key responsibilities of the Business Process Improvement Manager would include: Support the Head of Business Process Improvement to identify and drive strategic programs including the delivery of a new asset management system, overarching efficiency and delivery that aligns to the new vision.Lead and support medium to large scale improvement projects using the appropriate continuous improvement method depending on type of project.Be responsible for developing effective working processes and relationships with colleagues within other transformation workstreams.Ensure process maps and documentation are kept up to date and reflective of changes.Deliver internal process improvements that align to the services offered to their 3rd party clients who may want the same proposition as part of the work undertaken by the client on their behalf.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Business Process Improvement Manager will have the following:Lean Six Sigma and Project Management qualifications advantageousAble to demonstrate ability to think strategically, ability to identify & sole difficult operational issues.Excellent stakeholder managementGood attention to detailDesirableLean Six Sigma Black BeltExperience within facilities or estates process improvementWhat's on OfferOn offer for the successful Business Process Improvement Manager at my Property Services company:Salary of £57,30037.5 hour working week.Minimum of 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Access to the NHS Fleet Scheme Hybrid 2/3 days working at their City of London office (mandatory)Contact: Sarah DawsonQuote job ref: JN-012023-5912708 |
